We have a room in our house for rent. This is a private landlord contract so there are no agencies involved.
Bills are not included. (Council tax, Water, Energy & Internet)
We live in Easton (Bristol) opposite Greenbank Cemetery.
There are 3 guys here at the moment. One of the guys is moving out so we are looking for someone to move in from 1st Sept.
We are easy going and good to live with, and welcome any new member of the house.
