Location wise the house is 10 mins from town on a bike - Stapleton Rd train station is at the bottom of the road and we are 2 mins from the M32. We are just off St Marks Rd and have the Greenbank pub as our local which is not too bad.
You’ll be sharing with two easy going people (one male one female) in their 30s. The rent is £575 pcm inclusive of all bills.
