Double room(s) to rent in Easton

Hi I’m Helen, a 28 year old working in events and I've recently moved to Bristol so I’m looking to rent out my spare room(s) in my house.

It’s a lovely house recently done up with a big kitchen / diner leading out to the garden, cosy living room, downstairs toilet and main bathroom upstairs with bath and shower. The room is massive and comes with a double bed, bedside tables, a small chest of drawers and a clothing rail.

I am living in the house and work predominantly from home but travel quite a lot for work.

Looking for friendly, clean & respectful people. I am a very tidy person and I like the house to be a comfy calm space, although I do love having friends over for dinner or a glass of wine! Would be great to have someone who would be up for the occasional pub trip, craft night or tennis match. Initial contract would be up to 6 months (until march) there may be a potential to extend after that for a further 12 months as I plan to move abroad. £700 pm per person inc bills & council tax. Couples considered, £1100 bills inc.

I also have a dog (a 5 year old Corgi) who is super chilled but would love another person to be friends with and join our dog walks sometimes!.
