Hi everyone,
Our mate Tom is sadly moving to the Wye Valley to live in nature with his partner. As a result, we have a small double room available in our cozy home in Easton from the 15th of September, and we’re looking for someone open-minded, friendly, and respectful to join us.
We are Alex, Gian, and Blanca, aged 32-36, and we very much see the house as a home. We hope to find someone who feels the same. We love a good chat over a cup of tea and enjoy cooking and sharing food. It’s a calm atmosphere, and living responsibly and sustainably is important to us.
We get along well, enjoy hanging out with music and the occasional jam, but we also like to have our own space and do our own things too.
Alex is in her last year at UWE studying art and writing. When not at uni, she enjoys traveling, being with friends, having nice meals at home, listening to music, and having a good laugh!
Blanca works at the university, writes, and is very creative. She likes to make people laugh and say silly things. She loves nature and being in the water.
Gian is a tutor at Bristol uni and a photographer, laid back and creative, enjoys jamming on the piano or the bass, reading and the occasional trip to the countryside.
We love our neighborhood; it's friendly and diverse, and we have a great relationship with our neighbors.
We’re all sociable and usually like going out to bars to see music, dance, or have friends round for dinner, but it isn’t a party house.
The house is spacious and spread over three floors. Downstairs is an open-plan kitchen and living/dining area, which is a really sociable space. The garden is small but lovely and green. We have a great community of birds visiting the feeders and some planters for salad and vegetables. The inside is also pretty green with our ever-expanding family of plants.
The available room is an east-facing single on the first floor. It comes unfurnished, but there might be a wardrobe available if needed. The rent is £335/month + £110 bills/month. We rent privately, get on really well with the landlady, and she’s prompt in dealing with any issues that arise. It would be a 6-month contract, followed by a monthly rolling agreement, and we’re keen to find someone who is looking to make this place their home.
If this sounds good and you’d like to meet us and see the house, get in touch, and we can arrange a time.
Cheers!
Gian, Blanca, and Alex
