Great transport links within walking distance also including buses that go direct to the city centre in under 30 mins, as well as a train station which can take you to other parts of the city and to Bristol temple meads.

The room comes furnished with a big wardrobe that includes shelving units. There is also a big desk with plenty of space for laptops, books, pc etc.

I have a big tv in the living room which you are welcome to share.

The house includes a large recently fitted driveway for off street parking. There is also a large back garden. The kitchen has been recently refurbished.

Looking for someone that is generally quiet, and would not cause any disturbances to the neighbours as this is a quiet neighbourhood. Might consider students if they can promise to be respectful and socialise away from the house. Bills are included as well as super high speed BT broadband up to 900mbps.
