Looking for cat-friendly lodger

I'm looking for a lodger for my spare bedroom. It's available for 3 months to start with and I would be open to extending that for a short time if both parties agree to it later on, up to 6 months.
About the house, it's a three-bed in Easton with a lovely garden, living room and dining rooms and a kitchen with a range cooker. There's good access to the centre by bike and to the m32 by car.
I'll be completing my degree from home so I'm going to be busy! But I will be around most of the time, and when I get a minute I like cooking, occasionally going to the gym, gardening, hanging with the cats, we have loads of games, TV etc.
There's no home-working space unfortunately, so if you're interested you would need to be working elsewhere 100%, although there's a big dining table for projects.
Bills included apart from Council Tax, I’m a registered student so there will be a discount.
There is on-street parking. You would be living with me (33f) and two cats, and possibly another housemate. My partner is moving to London for a job but he will be around some weekends.
