Deposit is £500 which landlord sorts and will need 1 months rent and bills upfront to secure the room.

We are looking for someone to commit a year or longer, similar age and lifestyle as the house is not massive and we need to be able to share the space. It’s a well established house share, so looking for someone pretty easy going. We are very chilled in the week. We are very clean and tidy people and would like someone who’s on the same vibe, we’ve put a lot of effort making the house this nice and would like someone who takes just as much care.
