This is a flat in an old house converted into 4 separate flats. The actual flat has its own entrance. Bathroom/toilet, lounge and kitchen shared and one double private bedroom

The flat is located close to all amenities and only 15 to 20 minutes walk to the city centre

I am seeking a professional (£700 inclusive) /student (£600 inclusive) person to rent the private double room, they must be clean, tidying and must be consistent in paying the monthly rent on time.
