Chilled Homely Easton Houseshare

Hi! We have a double room in our easton houseshare from the 18th September. The room is south facing and has built in storage. It can be completely unfurnished, or come with the bed frame and cabinets/dresser shown in the photos.
You will be living with three others- Eimear, Ellie, and Shola. We are all in our 20s and looking for another woman/nb of similar age. We have a mix of jobs- Ellie is a counselling student and TA, Eimear is a vet, and Shola is a sound engineer.
We're looking for someone friendly who enjoys living with housemates but is also able to do their own thing. We sometimes do pub trips together, watch a film or do some karaoke in the sitting room, and occasionally share meals. The garden has raspberries, a micro pond, and space for a bike, and has mostly been left wild for the bees but if you're into gardening you're welcome to contribute. We live just off St Mark's road BS5 so lots of shops, pubs, buses and trains nearby.
The rent is 700 and bills tend to be around 100 a month (we know this is expensive but unfortunately out of our control).
The move in date might be able to be a little earlier or later for the right person. Our letting agent requires you to have a homeowner guarantor on signing.
