Double room in spacious, cosy houseshare

*Double room available from 1st June* in St George/Redfield right next to Netham Park. The room is furnished with built-in wardrobe/storage and a small double bed.

You will be sharing with two housemates, Stacy and James, both professionals in our early thirties.
James works in PR for a video game company and plays football on the weekends. Stacy works for a mental health charity, volunteers at the cube cinema and practices dance.
We're looking for someone who enjoys a quiet, cosy and sociable household to join us.

Rent is £650 all inclusive with rent and bills handled by one tenant. No agency, we deal directly with the landlord.

House
Very homely with loads of communal space and a garden with shed. Netham Park is right on the doorstep (3 steps away). Big kitchen, cosy living room with wood burner, utilities for storing bikes and a nice bright bathroom overlooking the park. This is a non-smoking house.

Stacy also has a cat called Pringus who is very cuddly and likes to roam about. We aren't looking to add new pets to the household at the risk of upsetting Pringus.

Location
Church Road is a 5 minute walk, with regular bus routes to the city. There is a large Aldi, Tesco Express and a Lidl as well as some nice shops on the main road and St George's Park close by. There is street parking with good availability. 10-15 minute cycle into town and a 10 minute walk to Lawrence Hill station for local train connections. Walking into town is doable in approximately 35 minutes and the river Avon is right on the doorstep.
