Double bedroom in 3 bed house, just off Church Road in Redfield.

The house is within 5mins walk of Lawrence Hill train station, with trains every 20mins to Clifton and Temple Meads. St George’s Park and Aldi/Lidl are also within 5mins. We have free on street parking and also a 15min cycle into town via the cycle track or Old Market. There are a lot of great pubs in the area too.

I’ve spent the last 6 months renovating the house, so everything is brand new. The room is a good size but the major selling point is the communal space with the big living room / kitchen as well as the garden which still needs a bit of work. I’ve just moved in so the house will be fully furnished upon move in date.

I’m Edwin, 28 and work in Marketing and my friend Alex, 27 who works in sustainability will be living in the other room. We like to keep it fairly chilled during the week, keep active and are always up for a few beers at the weekend. We’re looking for a cleaning fanatic, stand up comedian, or just an all round great person to live with us!

The room will be available from the start of November, possibly before. £750 p/m bills included.
