Modern house in the heart of Easton

House available in the heart of Easton for 8 months as we have a contract in a different city. The house is really nicely furnished with an office, an open plan living room kitchen, lovely big sofa, 2 double bedrooms with beds provided. The bathroom has a bath and shower. there is a cute little garden with table and chairs and the location is amazing for the train and buses into town.
The house is very well insulated and our bills here have only been 100 for gas and electricity a month and we seem ethane always been in credit. The water is £38 and council tax is £164pm.

there is free on street parking but we suggest parking just off our road as it is a busy road.
