Short term 2 month double room private bathroom

Hi there,
I've recently bought a house in Greenbank, Easton. My friend is moving in with me mid December and I'm wondering if anyone would like to rent the room for a short term before then. The room was previously let at £700 but as its short term I will let at £600 per month or £150 per week.

The house is furnished although as I've only recently moved in, it's lacking some homely touches like plants and pictures!

The room is small and has a small double bed. There is a mattress - I just haven't moved it in there yet! Storage is good as there's a large wardrobe and under bed storage. There's also 2 other smaller spare rooms which can be used for some storage until I furnish them. You will have access to a private bathroom including bath as I have an en suite. There's also a downstairs bathroom. It's a 3 floor house and you will be the only 1 sleeping on the 2nd floor.

The area of Easton is great - lots of nice pubs, cafes and whole food shops nearby. It's close to the B2B cycle path so easy to get into town without going on roads. There's free on street parking - which unusually for Easton isn't too bad to find a space as it's a cul de sac.

I work in management at Bristol hospital. I'm fairly active and like to go to gigs, kayaking, swimming, yoga etc. I'm looking for someone I'll get on with even though it's a short term. Am fairly quiet around the house and not looking for someone who will be partying.

I'm flexible around gender, age. Depends on getting the right person. I'm looking for a clean and tidy professional who will be easy to get along with.
