Easton - Airy double room in house

Hi,

I bought a house in Easton 2 years back, and i don't really use the front room so i thought i'd try renting it out.

The room gets sun all afternoon so it's nice and light. It is quite small though (not quite single small I would say) and there is only one socket in that room strangely.

There is a garden, kitchen, bathroom, another toilet and a living room.

There's the usual gas oven/hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, T. V, sofas, wifi, shower/bath. There's a washing line in the garden but as it's winter i use a dehumidifier to dry clothes - all of which you're welcome to use.

About the area, on street parking is good around here. The house is 3 mins walk to Stapleton Road station, so great access to town. There's a lot of independent shops and cafes, plus a big tesco and Ikea.

A little about me i'm an engineer, originally from Surrey. I work from home a fair bit at the moment as my office is being moved to another location. I like being outdoors and exploring Bristol as i'm still a relative newbie. All in all i'm pretty chilled.

I said yes to pets because dogs are fab but sorry cat owners, i'm allergic.

It would be good to get someone who could stay for at least 5-6 months, but it's up to you really. The £625 is all bills included.
