The flat is situated just off Church Road - a thriving high street with brilliant shops, cafes and pubs. The flat is a stones throw from one of Bristol's best bakeries. Aldi and Tesco are a 5 minute walk away.

Lawrence Hill train station is a 10 minute walk and provides easy links to Temple Meads, Montpelier, Clifton. The city centre is a 30 minute walk and there are buses every 10 minutes or so.

I'm looking for someone who is clean and respectful - it's a quiet flat and you will occasionally have it to yourself as I travel for work from time to time. It's on the ground floor and could also suit someone who needs somewhere without too many stairs. Suitable for working professionals.
