I'm Beth, a live-in landlord all set to share my lovely home with a friendly and respectful lodger.
Life is short and we're all busy people. So here's the low down:
Room: £775 including bills. It's Council Tax Band A.
My current lodger is moving out the December 1st. The room will then be stripped of its original feature textured wallpaper and replaced with expertly plastered white walls. A nice blank slate for you!
The room will be furnished (however if you'd like it to be unfurnished - let's talk about it).
A bit about me and the house. I'm 33, and currently a part-time lecturer at UWE. The house is a two bed terraced (with additional lil study) with a south east facing garden complete with grapevine to make you feel like you're in the Med.
The house is very conveniently located 5 mins from the bustling street of St Marks and 8 mins walk from Stapleton Road Train Station. There is a covered space outside for bike too - if that's your style.
I am ideally looking for someone who is of a similar age and preferably female. It would be a lodger agreement.
I'm a really sociable person but my nights tend to draw to a close around 11pm these days. I'm looking for someone with a similar vibe.
