Large double sublet in Redfield home

I'm looking to sublet my beautiful room from Jan 01 2025 until Jul 01 2025.
For a minimum 3 months, maximum 6.

This would be perfect for a person (or couple) looking to relocate to Bristol and have a chilled, lush, short term place to call home.

We're looking for a clean and tidy person who likes their own space and has an equally busy personal and professional life, but who likes to share food and drinks occasionally.
We want someone who can feel relaxed and is happy to integrate respectfully into living here.

I’m the homeowner, so you are filling my shoes for 6 months whilst I am away. Alongside your private room, you will have full access to the house, garden, my office space, parking space outside (on street). This rate is all inclusive. Deposit vis DPS.

You’ll be sharing the house with one other person - he’s a journalist and muso who spends a lot of time out of the house, but he’s self-employed so sometimes works from home.

The house is ideally located in Redfield (just down the road from Loaf) 2 mins from Church road shops, pubs, bus into town in 15mins every 5 mins or so.

The house is fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need, internet, central heating, shower + bath but no dishwasher, microwave or tumble drier (necessities for some!)
The cat in the pictures is coming with me (sorry!) but the houseplants are keen to be loved.

Couples and pets are considered for an increased rate (+deposit) and at the discretion of the sitting housemate.

My housemate and I will be interviewing people for this in early December to make sure everyone is happy & we have a harmonious home.
