The house has two toilets, one shower, a living room (with TV, PS4, Wii, & a cracked fire stick for movies, series, and live sports), dining room (with turntable), kitchen, and garden (with sheltered smoking area).

Our house is on a dead-end street so there isn’t any traffic to worry about. We are less than a 5 minute walk from dozens of great shops, restaurants, cafés, pubs and fast food places. There is also a train station and bus stop a 5 minute walk away which have regular services to the rest of the city and beyond.

Room available on a short term sub let until end of May.

All bills and rent go through me so you’ll just need to transfer me the full rent (which includes all bills) before the first of each month.
