I'm an engineer and my housemate is a chef. We're looking for someone to take the room of our housemate Liv who's moving to Barcelona! The house is a newly renovated 3 bed terrace in Easton. We're looking for a friendly, diligent person with a passion for life, who would also like to share cooking and socialising. A tidy person, who will help take care of the space.
The house has a large open plan kitchen/dining/living space with adjoined pantry/utility, updated heating system with underfloor heating on the whole ground floor, brand new electrics and ethernet in every room, two bathrooms (One shower room & one toilet), and an expansive garden with outdoor seating. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, multiple storage options, and mirrors. There is space for a small desk.
Squeezed between Greenbank and St Marks Road, we have popular brunch stop The Garden of Easton at one end of the road, whole foods supermarket "The Public Market" in the middle, and the Greenbank pub at the other. We’re also conveniently located near Stapleton Road train station, have space to securely lock bikes in a bike shed, and have free on-street parking.
