Description
A bright and cozy room is available in a modern two-bedroom flat in the vibrant neighborhood of Easton, Bristol. Perfectly suited for professionals looking for a friendly and well-connected place to call home.
The Flat:
The flat is unfurnished, however I have recently bought new kettle, toaster, vacuum, pots, pans, utensils, and knives. The flat already has some living room furniture from my last flatmate, however, I am happy for you to bring your own furnishings and make the living space your own, replacing the sofa, tv stand and bookcase, if you prefer.
• Located on the top floor (just two small flights of stairs) split between the 2nd and 3rd floor.
• Two double bedrooms. The room available is cosy and warm with space for a double bed, desk and clothes storage. It also has additional storage space built in and lets in lots of natural light. Blackout blinds will be installed very soon.
• Two bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet—no more waiting in line! The larger bathroom has a large bath with skylight above if you should enjoy an evening bathe.
• Spacious open-plan kitchen and living room, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. There is a washer dryer, mini-dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, airfryer, fridge-freezer. There is also space under the stairs which I am currently using as a pantry.
The Location:
• Situated just off the main road, and yet very quiet. There are near numerous convenience stores and a 15–20 minute walk to Aldi & Tesco for groceries.
• Only a 10-minute walk to bus stops with frequent services to the city centre.
• Just 10–15 minutes on foot to Stapleton Road, where you'll find an array of cafes, pubs, and independent shops.
Bills approx £150-160pmpp
Council Tax Band: A
Energy Rating: D
Broadband: 900Mbps up & download speed
Initial estate agent fee £50
I am looking for a new flatmate as my previous has just moved in with his girlfriend. I’m a relaxed and tidy 31-year-old, male, professional, working in the charity sector, supporting people in drug and alcohol recovery. I work 9-5, 5 days a week, with 1-2 days from home, and value my home as a peaceful, relaxing space after work. I’m keen to find a housemate who’s also clean and respectful of shared spaces.
I enjoy playing strategy games, sports, and having meaningful conversations, but I also appreciate quiet time to unwind, especially after a busy day. I rarely have people over (just my girlfriend once a week), though I’m happy for a housemate who’s sociable and would like some company.
My last flatmate described me as ‘genuinely the most considerate and tidy person I have lived with,’ so I’d love to share my space with someone who values a calm and harmonious home.
