Peaceful double room in Easton

I'm Beth, a live-in landlord looking for a lodger to share my home with. Here's the low down:

Room: 700PCM including bills: council tax (band A), gas, electricity, water and fibre-optic broadband.

It’s a lovely sunny and quiet room at the back of the house looking out onto the garden. There is a bed, chest of drawers and curtains. It's a real blank slate at the moment so feel free to bring anything else you have and make it your own!

A bit about me: I'm 33 and a lecturer. I work full time in the office apart from Fridays. I'm pretty active and creative, loving running and writing with equal measure - although, you won't find me composing a sonnet on a treadmill anytime soon.

The house is a classic (for bristol) two-bed terraced with additional little study. It boasts a south-east facing garden complete with grapevine to make you feel like you're in the Mediterranean during the summer months. I also have a paddling pool if you'd really like to commit to that vibe.

The house is very conveniently located 5 mins from the bustling street of St Marks and 8 mins walk from Stapleton Road Train Station. There is a covered space outside for bike too - if that's your style.

Just to make you aware I am still doing a few DIY bits around the house, but nothing major currently – and will always give you plenty notice if that happens.

I am ideally looking for someone who is of a similar age. I'm a very sociable person, and often out in the evenings but my nights draw to a close around 11pm these days (with the VERY occasional late night). I'm looking for someone with a similar vibe.

The contract would be until September (6 months) with potential to extend.
