Hi future housemate!
We have a large, unfurnished first floor double room available from April 1st. It’s £550 a month, not including bills. Council tax band B, bills vary but come in at around £150 a month including a twice monthly cleaner.
We are looking for someone aged 35+, a down to earth, tidy, considerate, friendly person to join us in our home situated in Easton, just off Stapleton Road. Great location, this room offers the full Easton experience, a 20 min walk to Old Market/ centre, and short walk to St Werbergs, St Marks Road. On road parking and excellent M32 access if you have a car.
We are Bec, 36, James, 48 and Mars, 42. We get on well, and hang out, share the odd meal in, night out, kitchen conversation, tv session, but equally we all love having our own downtime, and doing our own thing. Interests include music, gigs, writing, climbing, games, pubs.
Strictly no smoking inside, and no pets, sorry for health reasons :) .
As well as the rooms pictured, there is a first floor toilet, separate from the main bathroom, and a small yard outside that gets some rays on the summer (and where you can smoke if needed!) that has a shed with an extra toilet.
Please take a minute to tell us a bit about yourself and your situation. We will begin contacting potential housemates on 22nd of feb with a view to starting viewings on the week of 3rd of March. There may be a little flexibility with the move in date, just ask!
