Lovely room available for short lodging in Easton

About the room:
Room has Juliet windows that open up to the lush view of the Greenbank cemetery. Room has double bed & large wardrobe for storage and black out curtains

I am just putting a double bed in the room so will update the ad asap with a picture of the room!

About the home
You will be lodging in a family home (myself and a teenager) the home is next to the wonderful Greenbank cemetery, on the Bristol to Bath cycle path and easy access to M32

Close by is the Stapleton road, st marks road and church road, Fishponds high street, and is about a 10 min cycle (along cycle path which is adjacent to house)

We have a small dog who will mainly be asleep. I have included a photo of him for context.

Lodger has access to kitchen, shared living room and washing facilities and garden. The house has a shower and a bath and I don’t like being cold so we have the heating on in the winter.

We are a clean household but this is a family home and not an air bnb but we do have a cleaner twice a month.

Lodging includes all bills (gas, electric, broadband, council tax and tv)
