Looking for warm / friendly housemates

Hi folks! We’ve got a room available from 1st April (relatively flexible) in our three-bedroom shared house in Greenbank, Easton. There's also another from 1st May (not listed yet). Here’s a few details:

- Rent is £535 pcm (excluding bills - usually about £80-100 pcm or thereabouts) & the room comes unfurnished.

- House is 1 minute walk from St. Marks Rd, 5 from Greenbank Cemetery and 7 from Stapleton Rd station (I've timed them all).

- It has a lovely garden, kitchen, living space and the bathroom has recently been done.

- You’d be living with me (28 y/o) & George (38 y/o) - although George is moving out on 1st May.

- The vibe is laid back & I’m looking to make a nice lil community where we eat together sometimes, look out for each other and want to create a generally cosy/homely atmosphere. I'd prefer to live with women but happy to live with men too.

- I'm a social movement organiser and I love thinking about how change happens. I don't often drink but I love a silly knees up on the weekend sometimes. I love listening to and making music, rollerblading, getting out of Bristol for a hike with friends. In my downtime, I like to read and listen to a podcast.
