I am moving out of my lovely home in the wonderful Easton to go live with my boyfriend and so my room is now available!

About the room…

- Lovely double room with space for a double bed, wardrobe and desk
- Bright room with window looking over the garden and access to rooftop
- Rent will be £540 for the room and bills come roughly to £150 on top of that (Deposit for the room was £690)

About the house…

- Large shared living room
- Large well kept kitchen with loads of cupboard space, big fridge freezer + washing machine
- Garden and patio
- 2 bathrooms (one with bath)
- 10 minute walk to Stapleton road/Lawrence hill station, church road close by and easy transport into centre (bus routes 6/7, 41/42/43)
- Less than a minute walk to cycle path so easy access to centre if you cycle!

About the guys…

You would be living with the 3 boys. Stefano, Fed and Aaron who I love dearly and have made living here a pleasure. Federico and Aaron are the chefs of the gaff and both work in admin mon to fri. Stefano is a photographer studying at UWE and will always be there to cheer you up.
They love their sports, nights out, festivals and a wine and games night. Everyone has there stuff going on so they also respect if you want down time and your own space, but this is a sociable house and ideally want someone who matches the vibes!
