Unfurnished other than a bed frame and potentially some other bits...

The house is a 3 bed, warm sunny living room with lots of plants, good size kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath, and a garden, with space for growing things (would love a hand with the garden lol!) and keen to build some seating out there this year :)

The room is a great size, ground floor, looking into the garden.

You'll be sharing with 1 guy and 1 gal in our mid to late 30's. (Carpenter and silversmith)
The house would suit someone who values living in a friendly, calm & peaceful, tidy home. (Our home is very much our sanctuary!)
We also have a loving little kitty that lives here part time <3
