Room 10 minutes from Cabot Circus

My tenancy is coming to a close in St Jude’s (Newton Street), around a 10-minute walk from Cabot Circus. I’m moving out on 20th June and looking for someone to take over my room. There’s currently no fixed tenancy length, so further arrangements can be discussed with the landlord.

The room is fully furnished with a large double bed, desk, wardrobe, and drawers. The house has been recently refurbished and includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a shared kitchen, lounge, and garden. The price of rent also includes all bills.

The room is available for an individual or a couple (although the price may differ for couples). My flatmates are all friendly and respectful, and the area is very quiet.
