Lovely cheap and peaceful house

It's that time again. Does anyone want to live in a quiet, peaceful, respectful house? We are a friendly bunch. Good chats and lots of laughter. Middle of Easton too. Lovely big garden with cherry tree and scope for gardening. We are all friendly and come and go often. It is not a social house though of course people are welcome round here and there, but the priority is peoples rest, peace and quiet primarily. If that sounds like a relief and you want a chill place to be recuperate then this is the place for you.

Come round have tea and scope the vibe. One months deposit is 375. Looking to have someone move in on the 1st of July. I'm afraid no couples (the house is quite small for four let alone 5) and ideally someone over 30. Though if you fit the criteria for wanting a quiet place of respite then get in touch anyway!
