About the space:

A restful double room overlooking the garden, with a wardrobe cupboard, chest of drawers and a desk. An additional clothes hanger too if needed.
Rent is £675 per month, plus bills (electricity, water, gas, internet, council tax band A).
If you drive, there is free parking on my road and the roads around it, so no permit is needed.
There is a sofa bed in the lounge if you are hosting any friends for the weekend.
Looking for a young professional to move in from the end of July. No couples, students, or pets I’m afraid, sorry!

About me:

I’m a 33-year-old journalist who moved to Easton in May. I know the area quite well, but I’m looking to get to know it better and get involved in more community activities. I have a wide range of interests, including music, films, art, books, cycling, running, wild swimming, meditation etc. If you like reading, I have a mini library in the lounge, which will also be yours to access!
My work is often remote, but I am on overseas assignments every few months. My typical week is three days remote and a café/co-working space once or twice a week.
I have a busy social life in Bristol, but I'm also looking to live with a friend who I can hang out with regularly and share some meals with. I am all about having a good vibe in the place, so looking for someone who wants to treat the house as a home, and be respectful and tidy.
