Bright and airy double room in 2 bed house

Hi there, I am looking for a lodger to rent this bright and airy double room in my 2 bed house, which is fully furnished and has been freshly decorated.

There is a shared spacious lounge/dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and patio/garden. On street parking (no permit required).

It would suit a professional person who preferably does not work from home full-time, and wants to come back to a calm and friendly environment.

You would be living with me (Alex) - I am an easygoing creative, and enjoy staying active, playing board games and watching sci-fi. Happy to have a chat/share a meal, and remain respectful of your privacy and space.

The house is ideally located in the vibrant neighbourhood of Easton, with great pubs, parks, restaurants and shops nearby.

Available 1st August. £650pcm including all bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, wifi).

Open to short term lets because I will soon be putting the house on the market - I expect it could take 3-6 months to sell. I'd be sure to give you a month's notice, and would like you to do the same :)
