Pleasant double room - looking for male sharer

AVAILABLE FROM 25 SEPTEMBER - short term, 4 - 6 weeks, as I am in the process of selling my house .

There’s a choice of two double bedrooms, either front or back. Both rooms have ample storage space but there is room for more in the 'other' bedroom which I do not intend to let (ie, maximum two person household inc me)

Downstairs is an open plan kitchen/ living room with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with ice compartment (not a full on freezer) and a small patio at the back.

Outside is a pleasant green space with trees and a play area.

The bathroom / shower / WC is for the exclusive use of the lodger as I have my own ensuite on the top floor.

The location is excellent for access to the city centre, Ashley Down, Montpelier, Greenbank, St George and Redfield.

The ideal person would be male,, sociable but liking peace and quiet, who enjoys the outdoors, growing things, personal growth (for want of a better word), is kind and attuned to people around them. Vegetarian preferred.

I am training in Forest School, and teaching English to non-English speakers and also offering my services as handyman, repairer, decorator etc.

I love plants and nature and animals and people who live from the heart, or at least try to.

The rent includes all utilities except the TV licence (I don't have one)
