Double room in communal house in Easton

Lovely house in Easton, we are looking for a 3rd housemate!

The room is £700 all in (bills ~ 120 of that). Includes all bills & a shared house veg box!

I'm Eoin, 32m, live-in landlord (sorry), I think Zahrah would agree we do a pretty good job at keeping everyone on a level when discussing various house things and we generally have house share vibes. I work in tech, am am mostly wfh, 9-5, occasionally in the office. Generally pretty chill in the week but like to go out on the weekends, I also partake in various wholesome Bristol activities like climbing.

2nd Housemate is Zahrah, 26w who works as a chef, cooks lots of lovely food, crochets her own clothing & watching moving.

The house is super spacious, we have a spare room for guests, kitchen, living room, a basement for parties / hobbies & a fairly spacious garden out back.

Looking for someone keen on fairly communal vibes, we often do our own thing but share some meals, chat around the kitchen and make the occasional trip to the pub & a watch a hungover movie every now and then.

Also some of the photos are a little old we have loads of plants now!
