Looking for a clean and sociable new housemate to join our 3 bed home in Greenbank, just a short walk from Easton and 8 min cycle to the centre. The house has been recently renovated, and has a spacious kitchen and lounge perfect for cooking or hanging out, a brand-new bathroom, and a large garden ideal for relaxing or entertaining. There’s also a lovely view over Bristol from the upper floors. You’ll be living with Tom & Oscar, a friendly group of school friends who enjoy a tidy space and a good chat. Their hobbies include sport, films, going to the pub, cooking and socialising, but they can also respect people's alone time too.

The house is located close to supermarkets, parks, has some great pubs only a 5 min walk away (The Plough, Sugar Loaf etc.) and great restaurants/cafes nearby too. There is also free parking directly outside the house (there is almost always spaces available too) as well as an e-scooter station directly outside the house.

Our housemate is sadly moving out as he is relocating to London, so we’re looking for a housemate to move in on the 16th September!
