Unfurnished double room available in Greenbank

We are two 30 year old friends, Emily and Esme, looking a third female housemate.

We are both from Bristol and work as a primary school teacher and occupational therapist. Our current housemate is moving to London so looking for someone else to join our lovely home! We enjoy cooking, getting out for wild swim or a walk, gigs and festivals. We are looking for someone who is easy going, sociable and clean. Someone who is up for sharing some meals, getting into the odd series or popping to the pub, but also understand the need for personal space. Someone who can help us actually keep our plants alive is a bonus!

I work from home so we are preferably looking for someone who works out the house mostly, but very happy to discuss.

The downstairs double bedroom is unfurnished. Also in the house there is large living room with a dining table, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a garden.

Excellent location with many cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops within a 15 minute walk from the house. Several beautiful green spaces nearby - Greenbank cemetery, St George's Park, Eastville Park. Stapleton road train station and bus stops are a 10 minute walk.

Available from 1st October but some potential flexibility.
