2 months let in large double

Hello good people,

I’m going travelling for a few months and looking to let my room out. For now best to say it’s 2 months (won’t be any shorter, but might be longer …).

I own the house, the room is the master bedroom on the front. Big bay window. Loads of light, wooden floors. Will be furnished (I’ll move all my things into the loft - apart from a few surf boards … they might need to stay on the wall rack if that’s ok!).

It would be appreciated if you can keep my plants alive, but considering how many I kill anyway I won’t hold it against you if you don’t …

House is a slight working progress (don’t expect it to be perfect round the edges!), but plenty homely and liveable. Open plan kitchen /dining room, separate living room.. small garden…

My mate Holly lives in the second bedroom. She’s a 28 year old laser nurse at the BRI. Lovely gal - known her 10+ years , one of the best house mates I’ve had the pleasure to live with … chill, down to earth. Always nice to chat with, share meals with, odd tv show, crafting, sauna trips, wild swims …

Rent is £450, then gas and electric is pay as you go. This normally works out £30 a month each this time of year.
