Beautiful creative power house

I'm putting the feelers out for a new housemate with my lovely housemate Martha who's a absolute boss 🌝✨🫶🏼. The house is originally 2 bed but one room is a bedroom( Martha's) downstairs. Sound landlord and incredibly lucky to have him. The house is open for friends to come through and connect. We love music and want someone who enjoys this with us. Open communication is a must. The room is in the middle of the house upstairs so someone who is okay with sound.
We are both creatives in our own special way. We love to go out, have drinks dance and cook together but also enjoy our space and the weeks are very different to weekends. We like to hibernate. Weekends can be social and silly but not all the time. We're looking for someone to make this a home with us. I ( Rose) have lived here for 5 years and Martha has for 3. If you enjoy gardening, that would be magic as we have a lovely space. There is a weekly clean rota and we contribute to household essentials to keep costs down and as we have a small kitchen to keep space available. Were fun professionals in our 30s.
