Situated near St. Marks Road and Stapleton Road. On offer is a spacious ground floor room in a quiet, relaxed terraced house. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, various large cupboards for storage, a kitchen/living area and a sunny, unkempt garden. The room will come unfurnished. Price includes all bills. Council tax band A.

You'll be sharing with two middle aged professional guys; I work in the events industry and Calum works in rope access. We both work a lot and value the house as a place to relax during downtime. I'm not around much in the summer as I work away for several months. We like a chilled out and fairly (but not obsessively) tidy house.

Not into having house parties or lots of regular guests; occasionally a friend will visit for a cup of tea but I tend to do my socialising out of the house. Not against having the odd meal or watching a film together.

The ideal candidate would be a working professional. Someone relaxed and tidy, who has their own life in the city and is happy doing their own thing.
