Single room available for lodger from Nov 1 in the heart of Easton. Cozy 3 bedroom house near Stapleton Road Station and Sweet Mart. Come live with me, 49 year old musician and gardener. and another 23 year old woman, masters student and baker! Lovely garden, street parking, we are social but also independent, not a party house but we do enjoy catching up over a cup of tea when we meet up in the kitchen. We keep a tidy bohemian atmosphere and good vibes in the house. Looking for someone who will fit and flow with us! Council tax, internet and water included. Top up electric and a share of gas to be paid each month. A few furnishings can be available for the room. We have a washing machine too!
