House share with owner

I am looking for someone to share the house with. I have no restrictions on age, gender, or anything else. I would prefer you to stay longer, but that is not essential.

I have just moved in, and still clearing rooms etc. It will all be fine when you move in.

The house is in Easton, walking distance to St Marks Road. Close to two railway stations. Many buses into the city - or walk/cycle if you prefer.

A double bedroom is available. Couples will be considered, but the cost will increase (negotiable). I will provide a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. You provide your own bedding. All bills included (council tax band A).
