Room for rent in St George area. Is close to lots of shops and pubs, also has great links to the centre via the cycle path, bus or train.

The house itself has a garden, a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.

The room comes furnished with a bed, desk, chair and chest of drawers

You will be sharing with myself and Ryan. We are often busy, but try to find time to go for a pint as a house when we can.

Ideally looking for someone who is a conscious housemate and will clear up after themselves and won’t be up late banging around on work nights.
