A spacious 3 bedroom Victorian terrace house in Easton, just a few minutes walk from St Mark’s Road.
The house will just occupy two tenants (myself included), so the spare room can accommodate friends and family to stay on occassions.

There is one bathroom, which is downstairs through the kitchen, a cosy lounge and large dining room, good for hosting dinner. The garden is nice, with potential to be very nice - has two built in beds already - needs a bit of love!

The room being rented out is a good size and at the back of the house so, it is quiet, with a large window over-looking the garden. Fully furnished. Double bed, large chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk.

I am Jenna, I work for the NHS 3 long days a week and I am also studying an MSc.
I am easy to get along with and very clean and tidy. I am very much an early bird and enjoy exercising most days and am pretty social at the weekends. I keep myself busy and I like being outside. I also like spending time on my own inside and outside the home.

I am looking for someone who has their own network but open to socialising a bit as housemates if they like. Someone who is laid back and ideally not WFH full time, although could consider this for the right person. Essentially, being respectful of the living space and treating it like home.
