Lovely house in Easton, we are looking for a 3rd housemate!
The room is £700 all in, including bills.
Our 3rd housemate Zahrah is moving to new Zealand :( so Me and Dan are looking for a 3rd housemate to join us.
I'm Eoin, live in landlord (sorry), I mostly wfh & enjoy running, climbing, cooking & drinking/going out.
Dan works a varied shift pattern for the ambulance service, but is both quiet and relaxed about other peoples schedules. Dan used to work as a chef & also enjoys cooking, outdoorsy things & a good pint.
The house is super spacious, we have a spare room for guests, kitchen, living room, a basement for parties / hobbies & a fairly spacious garden out back. We also have a lovely cat called nettle!
Looking for someone keen on fairly communal vibes, we often do our own thing but share some meals, chat around the kitchen and make the occasional trip to the pub & a watch a hungover movie every now and then.
