Looking to sublet my roooom!! Based in Greenbank Easton I’m looking to sublet for 6 months from end of November/start of December whilst I’m travelling. Must be a guy to keep m/f split in the house, you’d be living with 5 other lovely housemates all in mid to late 20’s. Gonna be really really sad to leave them for this time, so I’m looking for someone who’d be the right fit in a wholesome friendly house dynamic:)
£656 per/month + bills (£80) and must be non-student/professional. DSS accepted. The room is very spacious, light and will come FURNISHED minus all my small things and the mattress. Can take or leave more things all up for discussing! The rest of the house is also lovely and spacious, recently renovated before we moved in, has a garden and bike shed:)
