Looking for a friendly, respectful lodger to join my lovely home in BS5. I have a choice of 2 spare rooms available from December 1st. Some flexibility on exact date.

Unfurnished rooms. Space either:
- 4.9m x 2.2m - Dark green room. Long space. Fits a double bed. Great view. (Adding picture soon)

- 3.2m x 2.9m - Soon to be decorated (blue room pictured). Fits a double bed. Great view.

You can decide which is your preferred at the viewing.

Shared living room and dining room.

Shared kitchen with all appliances (including washing machine and dishwasher - No clothes dryer currently)

Recently renovated clean and modern bathroom with a bath (shared)

Fast Wi-Fi and all bills included (council tax Band A, water, gas, electricity, broadband)

3 mins walk to nearest bus stop.

Right next to the Bristol to Bath cycle path. 10 minute commute to Temple Meads by bike or 30 minute walk.

Close to shops, cafes, pubs and green spaces (Less than a 10 minute walk)

👋 About me:

You’ll be sharing with me as a live in landlord. I am a sociable professional in their 30s who enjoys good food, nature, games, gigs and exploring. 9-5 for work, so quiet hours would be between 10pm-7am each weekday.

Looking for someone also friendly, considerate and easy going. Ideally looking to find someone where we'd share some activities together rather than be ships passing in the night. But I also am very respectful of having quiet/alone time in a shared home too.

Cannot accept furry pets due to allergies.
