No Longer Offering Viewings: Queer House In Easton

✨Hey there! We are a house of four - Pat (they/them), Ez (she/her), Katie (she/her) and Bella (she/they) - looking for someone to move in from 1st of December (there might be a little flexibility if needed)

🏡 The house:

- It's a 4 bed with 2 bathrooms, a living room and a nice sunny garden.

- 2min from the Easton Community Centre and the Plough. There is a train station nearby, a bus stop and a cycling path just around the corner from the house. Lots of corner shops and supermarkets around.

- Bedrooms are unfurnished

- Two level house with a bathroom on either floor.

- Subletting from the lead tenant who has a contract with the la floes. Deposit and the first month need to be paid before moving in.

- The rent plus bills come to around £620.

✨ Looking for:
People with a zest for life 🍋, foodies, nature lovers, granola darlings, and mindful people (don’t need to tick all the boxes ;)) 25-35year olds ideally to keep the right balance.

A little bit about us:

🟡 Pat works from home mostly, looking into spreadsheets for a museum development agency. Dancing (more n more professionally) to house music and other genres. Deliciously neurodivergent. Potatoes and bread forever.

🟡 Ez works as a scientist at UoB. Into CrossFit, cooking big vats of lentils, camping, pickling things

🟡 Katie works for a charity called One25 as a fundraising and communications assistant and also does sports photography/videography on the side. She loves doing a bit of crochet or embroidery, and also playing sports. She enjoys naturey adventures and also having cosy eves with housemates/friends watching TV with a hot choc! She also loves a good dance, especially at queer events like soft butch and misscoteque 💃

🟡 Bella works in theatre as a director, producer and general creative! She loves a good chat over a cup of tea but also loves to swing the other way and curl up with her book in bed 😅
