Description
I’m looking for someone to sublet my room from the end of December until the end of March (exact dates negotiable).
The room is large, bright and fully furnished, with plenty of space for a desk if you work from home.
You’ll be sharing with three lovely housemates:
Helen is a student occupational therapist and enjoys arts, baths, swimming, queer club nights and silly vibes.
Maite is a social researcher and likes cooking, board games, crafty things.
Benny is a youth worker currently training to be an art therapist, he like mending clothes, gardening and cold water swims.
The house has a very warm, homely vibe – more shared dinners, cups of tea and cosy evenings than a party house. Think board games, films and crafting rather than boozy nights.
We have a communal approach to food:
• shared cooking and regular house meals
• all dinners are veggie/vegan
• a weekly veg box and fresh bread delivery which is included in the price of the rent.
Location is great:
• Right between Greenbank and St Mark’s Road
• easy access to the cycle path
• bike racks at the front of the house.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys living communally and is up for being part of the flow of the home, rather than just renting a room.
Price is £558 including all bills, veg box and bread. Please get in touch if you're interested :)
