Sunny Double Bedroom Available in Easton

We are a couple with a 1-year old and have backgrounds in the arts, ecology and community projects, and we have a small double bedroom in Easton available from the end of November.

The room is South-facing so it catches the sun in the day and the moon by night. It looks out onto a fig tree and huge yucca, away from the roadside, so it's a peaceful space. It's £350p/m + £150 bills (inc council tax), so £500 all in. DDS Accepted, no pets sorry.

A quirk of the room is that the airing cupboard and boiler are inside which means it is always warm and there's lots of storage, but sometimes we need access to adjust the hot-water settings/put the heating on.

Our new housemate needs to be up for living with a pretty chill toddler and be a kind, easy-going person. We are looking for someone who is ecologically minded, clean and tidy, good with plants, and up for eating together as housemates sometimes.

It's a fairly quiet house (not much of a party house these days) but we love to have people round and friends stay on occasion. There's a study which doubles as a spare bedroom for us all to use.
