A double bedroom in a lovely house in Easton

I am looking for someone to move in to my house for 6 months while I am travelling abroad. The house is a colourful, 2-bedroom terraced house in trendy Easton, on the same road as the Garden of Easton and around the corner from St Marks Road and the Sweetmart. There is a really lovely community of neighbours on this road and regularly community-based events held in the local area. The room is furnished and can include a small desk and chair if required. The lovely, Henrietta has the other room and is looking for someone clean and friendly to share with. She is 33 years old and works from home 3 days a week. The house is furnished in a mid -century style and decorated throughout with lots of plants and art. A large kitchen-diner sits at the back of the property and leads through French doors on to a sun-trap patio. There are also really good transport links with a bus stop and Stapleton Road train station at the end of the road. It will be available from my leaving date of January 12th but there can be some flexibility with this if necessary.
