Garden-facing double room in Greenbank

We’ve got a lovely partially-furnished, cosy, double room going in our 3-bed Greenbank home — just by the beautiful Greenbank Cemetery, Matter Wholefoods, The Greenbank Pub, the Bristol–Bath cycle path and St Marks Rd with all it’s awesome shops and cafes. The road itself is super friendly and a sweet community.

You’d be living with three others: Eli (live-in landlord), Lili (Eli and Lili are a couple and share a room), and Chris. We’re all in our late 20s to early 30s and into things like climbing, gigs, saunas and general outdoor adventures. We all work full-time and while we’re not a party house, we’re very social and enjoy chill hangouts, movie nights, cooking for friends, and the occasional garden sauna (we have a tent sauna!)

The three bed house has two spacious living rooms, a kitchen/dining area, and a large, green garden which gets loads of sunshine. The house has a washing machine, dishwasher, stand-up shower unit and a separate bathtub. The street has free car parking.

The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed and clothes hanger unit. It also has a personal corridor leading towards it which is furnished with a wooden trunk and clothes pegs for additional storage. There’s plenty of extra storage throughout the house as well… in the bathroom, corridor cupboards, loft, and a secure area at the back of the garden for bike storage (the house has a rear garden entrance).

We’re looking for someone clean (very important), kind, and considerate, somebody who fits with the calm, supportive, and social vibe of the home.

Our preference is for someone who works out of the house on weekdays, as it helps keep the space feeling open and relaxed for when we return from work (which can sometimes be on the early side) - but we’re open to flexibility for the right person on this account.

The room is available from Dec 16th. One month’s rent is required as damage deposit.
