The tenants will have full access to the kitchen and bathrooms which are located on ground floor and first floor. This is a self clean property so it’s really important that all tenants in the property clean after themselves so other tenants can use the shared facilities.

This property will suit someone who is usually out and about or prefer to stay in their rooms after a long day at work - a little chit chat is fine to socialise with housemates and guests are also permitted but that permission from the landlord needs to be made as due to medium amount of space in the kitchen and there is also no living room so people who mainly prefer staying in their rooms rather than shared spaces will more likely prefer this apartment.

The tenant needs to provide a minimum of 1 year employment record and 6 months residency.
